Multiple interviewers change the dynamic — here's how to adjust.

  1. Make eye contact with the whole panel when answering, not just the person who asked the question.
  2. Note names and roles at the start if possible — referencing them later ('as you mentioned, [Name]...') builds rapport.
  3. Expect different panelists to focus on different areas (technical, cultural, managerial) — tailor depth accordingly if you can tell.
  4. If two panelists ask overlapping questions, vary your example rather than repeating the exact same answer verbatim.
