Not every job tracks metrics — you can still show scale and impact.
- Use relative scale: "one of the top 3 performers on a 12-person team" instead of an exact percentage.
- Describe frequency: "handled this weekly for 50+ clients" shows volume without a hard metric.
- Use time saved or time-to-completion: "cut process time from 3 days to 1."
- Describe scope: team size managed, budget size, number of locations, number of stakeholders coordinated.
- If truly nothing is measurable, describe the before/after state in plain language rather than forcing a fake number.
